• Welcome!

    From the Taiwan MPS Society

We are honored to host this meaningful gathering — and even more honored to welcome you into our story.

  • Founded in Love

The Taiwan MPS Society was founded in 1997 by Virginia Tsai, after the heartbreaking loss of her son, David Chou, in the same year, following a courageous 13-year battle with MPS Type II.

What began 28 years ago as a mother's search for answers transformed into a national movement to bring visibility, dignity, and care to those affected by mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS).
