  • Refund Policy
    Refunds for registration fees will be processed under the following conditions:

    Before September 15, 2025: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

    Before September 15, 2025: 50% refund.

    After September 16, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

    All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the event team at [thetaiwanmpssociety@gmail.com], with proof of payment and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

    Please note: Hotel bookings arranged through the Taiwan MPS Society are non-refundable after October 1, 2025, in accordance with hotel policy.
